SO₂ Generators
Dual SO₂ Generators
Dual generators operate in two phases: a fast phase, which activates upon contact with moisture to sanitize or heal potential Botrytis cinerea contamination during harvest or packing; and a slow phase, which protects the fruit during storage and transport until it reaches its final destination.
Unidirectional SO₂ Generators
Unidirectional generators have the ability to release SO₂ gas from only one side. This allows them to operate with a lower sulfur dioxide (SO₂) emission than traditional generators and extends the functional life of the product, providing longer-lasting protection for table grapes.
Laminated SO₂ Generators/ Hellas
This generator is composed of two co-extruded polyethylene sheets, between which Sodium Metabisulfite (Na₂S₂O₅) is dispersed in an adhesive. Through a wet-lamination process, both layers are bonded together. Upon contact with moisture, the generator releases sulfur dioxide (SO₂).
Laminated SO₂ Grape Pads/ Bottom
This SO₂ pad comprises two sheets of co-extruded Polyethylene material, with Sodium Metabisulfite (Na2S2O5) as active ingredient dispersed among them on an adhesive bonded through a humid lamination process. It liberates SO₂ (sulphur dioxide) upon contact with moisture.
Absorb Pads
Absorb pad is a virgin paper sheet, elaborated with a 100% of natural fibers from the Pine`s pulp. It is specially designed for direct contact with food products for human consumption.
There are no chemicals, additives or colorants involved in its manufacturing process, complying all FDA regulation and standards for this type of product.

Liner bags are made with High density polyethylene designed to over wrap the grapes inside the carton, becoming an important device of the packaging system.
These liner bags can be perforated in order to comply USDA regulation and others, regarding ventilation.
The materials used in the manufacture of this product are approved by FDA/ USA and are 100% virgin.
